Like the Texas Distance Festival in Dallas, Texas, the The Dublin Distance Festival offered a handful of national-caliber races at Dublin High.
The highlight of the event, perhaps, came in the girls 800m, when California High's Alyssa Brewer went a new US No. 1 of 2:08.99, but in the boys race Bellarmine's Alex Scales chased down his second-place competitor to win in a US No. 6 effort of 1:53.36.
