So, can Hart claim another class record? The mark stands at 10:12.94, achieved last year by Saratoga Springs (NY) High junior Kelsey Chmiel. That's a mark that could get broken, and don't be surprised if Hart goes after it. 

Another athlete to watch is Ewert, who's coming off a national record in the 1-mile racewalk at the Millrose Games. But Ewert is also a legitimate talent otherwise, having qualified for NXN this past fall. She owns an outdoor 3200m best of 11:22.40.
