Annie Hill (Montana)

Why: We can't omit the 2015 Foot Locker finalist and two-time defending NXR Northwest champion -- Hill bested Halladay at Eagle Island in 2016 with a 5K PR of 17:22.2 -- but it would be a major upset if she pulled off the three-peat on Saturday. Hill has raced sparingly this season and placed third at the Montana state meet last month, crossing the finish line 41.5 seconds after Camila Noe.
Still, when Hill is at her best she's really hard to beat. In 2016, she won the Brooks PR mile in 4:41.52 and placed second at the prestigious Arcadia 3200m in 10:14.14.
