Boys:

12 mile run- Last six miles progression.
6:30-6:20-6:00-5:40-5:20-5:12

Did you know: Edina (Minnesota) girls coach Matt Gabrielson made it to the Olympic trials three times! In 2008, Gabrielson finished eighth at the trials with a 13:38 5K.
