2. Shae Anderson Records Big Double in the 200m and 400m at Mt. SAC
Shae Anderson had quite the day at the Brooks Mt. SAC Relays.
While most of the attention went to her incredible time in the 400m (51.99), which was the 14th all-time best effort in the race nationally, the Norco (Ca.) High senior also doubled in the 200m.
She went a US No. 8 mark of 23.67 seconds.
Anderson likely could have added a few more events, but the Oregon, Southern California and San Diego St. recruit likely was thinking big picture.
Just what will the multi-athlete compete in at the California Interscholastic Federation Championships?
Her best event might be the 400m, but the 300m hurdles isn't far behind, either. She currently stands US No. 2 with a time of 40.41 seconds.
