Why: We could see our first high school boy break the 4-minute mile here. St. Joseph Notre Dame (Ca.) High senior Cooper Teare has been dangerous all spring and logging ridiculous times, like a 14:13.26 in the 5K at the Texas Distance Festival and last week's 8:41.46 at the Arcadia Invitational in the 3200m. The Stanford commit could very well go for it. San Luis Obispo (Ca.) High senior Callum Bolger enters with a PR of 4:07.85 and Claremont (Ca.) High's Owen Bishop has logged a 4:11.86 already this season.
