Edina Girls Impress With 31-Second Spread

No. 8 ranked Edina won the Spartan Invitational in Iowa this weekend in impressive form over 2015 NXN qualifiers Naperville North of Illinois, 26 points to 55 points. Naperville's Sarah Schmitt won the race in 18:37, but Amanda Mosborg led the Hornets' charge in second place, as all five scorers placed within the top eight overall with a 31-second spread. No. 6 Sadie Schreiner, a freshman, was 11th in 19:18.
