Cockrell was the victim of one huge upset in the 60 hurdles--we'll get to that later--but she turned the tables in the 200. Cockrell wasn't even seeded to make the final; she didn't just qualify, she ran faster than all but seven girls in high school history. Only national champ Lauren Rain Williams has run faster than Cockrell's 23.47 in the last six years. Her focus was on the hurdles, but her 200 performance was more than just a bonus.
