He ran a personal best of 15:46 to win by more than 15 seconds, as runner-up Saurav Velleth of Thomas Jefferson ran 16:01.
Sophomore Emma Wolcott made it a clean sweep for Tuscarora High School, as she was the only girl to break 19 minutes with her 18:53 win.
