Summer Training, Week 3: July 13th to July 19th

Monday: I ran a 40 minute run at a team practice with my teammate, Abigail Wied at 8 minute pace. We ran at local park. Afterwards, I did my 10 minutes of circuits (planks, push-ups, sit-ups, curl-ups, etc.)

Tuesday: Went on a run with teammate Ryan Small for 45 minutes at 8:00 pace. (Slow because we got lost along the way and ended up on a hiking trail). 10 minute circuits afterwards.

Wednesday: Team practice in the afternoon, I ran with teammates at 7:45 pace for 40 minutes at a local park in the grass.. 10 minute circuits after followed by strides.

Thursday: Went on a run around my neighborhood alone for 35 minutes at 7:30 pace. 10 minutes of circuits and strides afterwards.

Friday: Team practice in the morning. Ran with teammates at 7:50 pace for 40 minutes. Circuits after.

Saturday: 40 minute run alone around my neighborhood at 8 minute pace. 20 minute circuits and strides after.

Sunday: No running today. 10 minute of circuits.
