Zaria Francis of Rio Mesa developed into the premier sprinter in the state of California this year, sweeping both the 100m and 200m at the state meet.

1. Candace Hill (Rockdale County, GA - So.) - This year, Hill went undefeated in the 200m. This streak includes her victory at the GHSA State Track Champions were she ran her US. No.1 23.05 200m, and wins at both the Prefontaine Classic and the USATF World Youth Trials

2. Zaria Francis (Rio Mesa High, CA - Jr.) - At the 2015 CIF State Championship, Francis won both the 100 and 200. While running the 200 in 23.09, she ran U.S. No. 2 on the year.

3. Lauren Rain Williams (Oaks Christian High, Ca - So.) - Aside from the CIF State Championship where Williams took second in her U.S. No.3 23.16 200m Williams went undefeated. This includes wins at the Arcadia invitational meet and the USATF World Youth Track and Field trials meet.

4. Jayla Kirkland (Woodlawn, AL - So.) - The Sophomore ran 23.71 into a -2.0 headwind to win New Balance Nationals outdoor. Kirkland Also won the AHSSA State Track and Field 4A-7A meet.

5. Cassondra Hall (Northside, Warner Robins, Ga - Jr.) - Hall was on a winning Streak up to the New Balance Nationals Outdoor meet where she splaced second in 23.71 running into a -2.0 headwind

6. Diamond Spaulding (St. Thomas Aquinas, FL - Sr.) - Spauldings outdoor season was highlighted by a first place finish at the Golden South Classic, and a victory at the FHSAA Outdoor State Final where she ran her U.S. No.4 23.21 200m. Spaulding was also the runner-up at the Prefontaine Classic, and took 3rd at New Balance Nationals Outdoor.

7. Symone Mason (Miami Southridge, FL - So.) - Mason was the runner-up at the Golden South Classic where she ran her U.S. No.5 23.37 200m. Mason was also the 3rd place finisher at the FHSAA Outdoor State Finals, and took 4th at the Prefontaine classic.

8. Krystal Sparling (St. Thomas Aquinas, FL - Sr.) - Sparling ran a U.S No.6 23.34 200m when she won the FHSAA 4A Region 4 meet. At the FHSAA Outdoor State Finals she was the runner-up,
