Two of top sprinters in the country will clash again at New Balance Nationals. Ryan Clark and and Noah Lyles have seen their fair share of each other over they years at high level meets. Clark, sixth fastest all-time in the 100m will have his hands full with TC Williams junior Noah Lyles. The Virginia 100m and 200m State Champ has had Clarkâs number in the 200m, defeating him in their last three appearances including New Balance Indoors where Lyles took the national title. If there was ever a time for the future Gator to strike it would be now as he is in top form after running 10.18 this past weekend in Cuba at the Caribbean Scholastic Invitational.
Adding some additional excitement to the race will be Nick Gray and Tavien Feaster. Second in the Ohio State Meet, Gray boasts a wind-legal best juster over 21 seconds. Feaster, a state champ junior from South Carolina, is fresh off of a second place finish in the Dream 100m where he beat 2014 New Balance 100m Champ Darryl Haraway.
