1. Candace Hill (Rockdale County GA, 2017)
As a freshman last year, Hall ran a PR of 23.12 and won nearly everything in the 200m event - Georgia State Championship, New Balance Nationals Outdoor and the USATF Junior Olympics. In 2015, she is already leading the nation with her wind-legal 23.49.

2. Diamond Spaulding (St. Thomas Aquinas FL, 2015)
The senior scorched the track with a wind-aided 23.00 last year, topped only by Kaylin Whitney (East Ridge, FL), now a Nike athlete, and CIF State Champion Ariana Washington, now at the University of Oregon. The senior won the Golden South Classic and was runner-up at both the Florida State Championship and New Balance Nationals Outdoor.
