100-meter Hurdles Invitational

All-American hurdler Ebony Williams (Parkland, NC) (pictured) placed fifth here last year and currently ranks US #8 13.64 in the event. Hoover (AL) teammates Caitlyn Little and Brittley Humphrey have run 14.15 and 14.16 this year, as both rank in the top 20 nationally.

100m Dash Invitational

Three of the nation's top five FAT, Non-Wind Aided performers in the 100m will face off at Arcadia, headlined by sophomore Lauren Rain Williams (Oaks Christian, CA), ranked US #2 at 11.55. US #3 Zaria Francis (Rio Mesa, CA) (pictured) has run 11.59 and Suzie Alcotarse (Mission Hills, CA) has a season-best of US #5 11.65.

300-meter Hurdles Invitational

Sophomore Jurnee Woodward (Vacaville, CA) (pictured) is ranked US#6 42.53 this season and returns as the runner-up from last year's Seeded section. She finished third at the Stanford Invitational 400-meter hurdles last weekend to Maya Miklos (Gunn, CA), who will race the seeded section of this event. Morganne Hill (Liberty, CA) has also run under 43 seconds in the event this year with a season-best 42.84; she was fifth last year as well as fourth at the CIF State Finals with a personal best of 42.06.

200m Dash Invitational

All hail Lauren Rain Williams (Oaks Christian, CA). The National Sophomore Class Record Holder in the indoor 200m (23.39) has already raced All-Conditions US #1 23.43w this season in her signature event. Can anyone defeat the burgeoning star? A lot of familiar names return from the 100m dash for the half-lap race, including Suzie Acolatse (Mission Hills, CA), Brandee' Johnson (Nansemond River, VA), Kaitlin Sherman (Parkland, NC) and - the most likely to give Williams a run for her money - Zaria Francis (Rio Mesa, CA), who clocked FAT-only, wind-legal US #2 23.60 two weeks ago.

400m Dash Invitational

Hanna Waller (Buchanan, CA) owns the fastest quarter-mile time in the state at 54.95, which also stands as US #12. She nearly broke 54 seconds last year with her third place finish at the CIF State Finals. Amanda Crawford (Robeson, NY) (pictured) ran 54.95 indoors; Arcadia will be the All-American's outdoor debut. Kara Lyles (Nansemond River, VA) will also make her outdoor sprint debut after an indoor season that saw her win the Virginia State Championship 500m in US #8 1:15.46.
