Jamar Marshall Stories: It Was A Good Day

Tags: Feature

In this installment in the Jamar Marshall Stories series, Jamar reflects on winning the 110-meter hurdles race at the 2019 CIF-State Championships in a wind-aided 13.31 (3.3) a year after getting DQed at the section level in the 110s and falling during State Meet Prelims in the 300-meter hurdles. Marshall's winning time is the fastest all-conditions 110s in State Meet history. Lost a bit in his redemption victory in the 110s is the fact that he placed third in the 300s, earning two individual medals at the 2019 State Meet as a junior.
