Meet Information
The Westover Invitational will once again be held at Robert Cross Middle School in Albany, Ga. I would like to extend an invitation to your team to participate in this years race. Last year we had 42 teams registered for the event and we look for more to register this year. This is a truly competitive race on one of the fastest courses in the state. We look forward to seeing you in Albany on the 2nd!
Race Schedule
8:30 am: Varsity Girls (Entry Limit 10)
9:15 am: Varsity Boys (Entry Limit 10)
9:50 am: JV Girls and Boys (Unlimited Entries)
10:30 am: Middle School Girls and Boys (2 Miles & Unlimited Entries)
Entry Fees
The entry fee is $75.00 for a Varsity Girls Team and $75.00 for a Varsity Boys Team. It is $20.00 per runner if you are not entering a full team (5 runners). If you are entering both a Varsity Girls and Boys Team, then your total fee will be $140.00. B-Team and Middle School Runners are free granted you have entered either the Girls or Boys Varsity Races.
Entry Deadline & Payment Deadline
All entries and fees must be received by Wednesday, September 29th.
All ENTRIES and FEES must be received by this date or there will be
an extra charge of $20.00 per team and $5.00 if entering just
individual runners.

5000 meter for all races
Awards
Top 4 teams in each varsity race will receive trophies.
The winners of each varsity race will receive a trophy and medallion
2nd through 10th place in each varsity race will receive medallions
1st through 5th in the b-team and middle school races will receive medals
Sanction
The meet is sanctioned by the GHSA
Team Packets
You can pick these up at the tent at the end of the finish chute.
Dressing Facilities
Dressing and restroom facilities will be available in the gym. Please ask
your runners to stay away from all other classrooms.
T-Shirts
Westover Invitational shirts will be on sale near the starting line area.
