PARKING... ALL GATES WILL BE LOCKED EXCEPT THE

ENTRANCE GATE BY THE HOME STANDS... TEAMS WILL UNLOAD AT THAT GATE AND LOCATE

ON HOME BLEACHERS OR BEHIND THE STANDS If you are setting up a

tent in the stands place the tent at the top of the stands to insure that you

do not obstruct the view of fans...YOUR TEAM SHOULD PARK BUS BESIDE THE HOME

STANDS IN THE PARKING LOT

REMINDER...WE WILL KEEP THE INFIELD CLEAR OFNON PARTICIPATING ATHLETES AND COACHES DURING THE FIELD AND RUNNING EVENTS(THISINCLUDES THE LONG JUMP AREA AND HIGH JUMP AREA)

COACHES MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING TO THE COACHES MEETING

2. PAYMENT CHECK FOR $10 PER ATHLETE

Gates open at 10:00. (Please try not to arriveearlier than that)

Packet pick-up (at 50 yard line in front of

home stands) and weigh-ins (at the video board end of the football field) begin at 10:00 weigh

in closes at 11:00
