9:00 a.m. Coaches Meeting (at the Perrin Field House located at Softball Field)

10:00 a.m. Girls Varsity 5K Unlimited entries
10:40 a.m. Boys Middle School 4K
11:20 a.m. Girls Middle School 4K
11:50 p.m. Elementary 3K
12:15 p.m. Awards
Awards:
Boys and Girls Varsity: Trophies to the top 3 teams. Trophies will be awarded to the top runner and medals through 25th finishing position.
Middle School Boys & Girls: Trophies to the top 2 teams. Trophies will be awarded to the top runner and medals will be awarded through 20th position.
Elementary: Trophies to the top 2 teams. Trophies will be awarded to the top runner and medals will be awarded through the top 20 for both male female finishers.
Scoring: Races will be scored using Hy-Tek Meet Manager, and Cory Westerfield will be scoring the meet. The top five finishers from a school will be counted as a team score unless there is a tie.
Entry Fees:
High School: Boys Varsity: $55 per team or $10 per individual
Girls Varsity: $55 per team or $10 per individual
Middle School: Boys: $30 per team or $10 per individual
Girls: $30 per team or $10 per individual
Elementary : $5 per individual
*** RUNNERS CAN ONLY BE ENTERED IN ONE RACE.***
Customized T-shirts will be sold at the meet, and concessions will also be available.
Entry Deadline is Thursday, September 3rd
