What haven't the Great Oak boys done this season? Last weekend, they set the Division I California state meet total team time record (76:09). The record was previously held by the 2010 Arcadia team. **Correction: In the video, we say that Great Oak's #5, Nelson Quintana, placed 19th. He actually placed 22nd among overall finishers and 17th in team scoring. They also are not quite undefeated this year -- they were second to Timpanogos at the Bob Firman Invitational in September.

The 2015 Nike Cross Nationals didn't go quite as our Florida athletes had hoped. Two-time qualifier Rafaella Gibbons was 40th after finishing 27th last year and looking for All-American honors while the Avery Creek Running Club was aiming for a top ten finish and placed 22nd. No matter the outcome though we are proud of both for representing Florida on the national stage!
