Hello we have emailed the following with no response to our questions

We have entered our athlete into the 60 mh Championship and 200 open. And made the payment already.
However when we went back into the system he was moved to the 200 Championship and now it’s is saying there is a $21.00 balance.
Can we please have some assistance with this matter.

@Desmyn For registration issues, email admin@adidastracknationals.com. The reason it shows a balance is because the system is recognizing today's date as being considered a late entry so the extra fee applies. As long as you paid your entry fee by the closing date of regular registration, which was February 19th, then you can disregard the additional balance for late registration.

It’s not allowing us to register one of our other athletes unless we pay the $21.00 balance. How do we correct this?
Our first athlete we registered before February 19, 2021. And we are trying to register our other one before cut off time tonight.
