The boys mile finals at the New England Indoor Championships.

The 2019 indoor track season is all but in the books with New Balance Nationals Indoor wrapping up last weekend. We decided to take a look to see what sprinters improved the most from the 2018 season to the 2019 season.

The most improved boy on the list was Ludlow's (MA) John Collins. Collins went from running 5:54.11 last season to running 4:46.40 this year. He improved by over a minute! The most improved athlete in the girls rankings was Bountiful (UT) High School's Isabella Hanks. The freshman went from running 7:31.60 last year to 6:08.40 this year, lopping off 1:23.20 from her time.
