We took the top wind-legal athletes in both the long and triple jump to find the best combined jumpers in the nation.
Great Oaks' (CA) Cj Stevenson has the best combined jumps mark of over 70 feet. Stevenson sits at 74-8 with his 24-3 long jump from the Arcadia Invitational and his triple jump mark of 50-5 from the Chaparral vs Great Oak
. But he's not the only California athlete who's having a stellar season in the jumps.
Jalyn Jackson from Eastlake High in Chula Vista, California, is just behind him with a combined mark of
73-0.5. He's jumped over 23 feet in the long jump with a mark of 23-2.25 and
has had almost gone over 50 feet in the triple jump with his mark of 49-10.25. Malcolm Clemons from St. Mary's College High in Berkeley, California, also has one of the top combined long and triple jump mark in the nation at 70 feet 5.25 inches.
