With the Olympic Trials starting today in Oregon, here are a couple of interviews with two Team USA 100 meter hurdle hopefuls. We talked to these ladies recently at their training ground in Clermont, Florida.
Kellie Wells
Kellie hails from Virginia and has a personal best from last year of 12.50 for the 100 hurdles. She is sponsored by Nike and can easily be spotted in 2012 by her colorful blue hair!
Damu Cherry-Mitchell
Damu orginally dreamed to make the Olympics as a gymnast, but she ended up doing it in track & field. She placed fourth in the 100 hurdles at the Beijing Games and has a personal best of 12.44. She is married to her coach and fellow Olympian, Dennis Mitchell.
