MileSplit today announced the launch of a new weekly podcast dedicated to the biggest stories, performances, debates, and personalities shaping the world of high school track and field and cross country.
Each episode will bring conversations on track and field today, behind-the-scenes insight, and plenty of opinions as the season unfolds. Whether it's breaking down the nation's top performances, discussing the latest headlines, or highlighting athletes and coaches making an impact, the show is built for coaches, athletes, and fans who love the sport.
Leading the discussion are two voices who bring different perspectives from inside the track and field community: veteran coach JT Ayers and track and field media personality and event director Billy Cvecko. Together, they'll combine coaching expertise, event experience, and a shared passion for the sport to deliver engaging conversations that inform, entertain, and spark discussion throughout the season.
"JT and Billy love this sport, and that comes across in every conversation," said Alonso Rodriguez, Sr. Director of MileSplit. "They've spent decades experiencing track and field and cross country from different perspectives, giving them a deep appreciation for the personalities, stories, rivalries, and moments that make the sport special."
