Cayla Hawkins of East Lansing joins the show before closing out her historic freshman season at the AAU Junior Olympics. At the Michigan State Championships, Hawkins ran 52.89 to break the D1 MHSAA State Meet record and set the U.S. freshman #1 mark at the time. Her eyes are now set on the AAU JOs in Des Moines, IA, and she is aiming to win her second AAU 400m title.
