Fresh off one of the biggest months of her career, Mia Sirois of Barrington High School (IL) joins the show after earning a spot on Team USA for the World Athletics U20 Championships.In the past month, Sirois broke the Illinois state record in the 3200m, finished runner-up in the Brooks PR 2 Mile, won the USATF U20 Championships 5000m, and ran a new mile personal record of 4:45.26 at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals. Now she's preparing to represent Team USA for the first time at the World U20 Championships, August 5-9, in Oregon.
