Highlights

  • The mens Team USA team followed up the womens performance by dominating the 4x400 relay with a winning time of 3:08.20, over 5 seconds clear of the time posted by Trinidad and Tobago for 2nd.
  • Team USA blew the doors off Canada in the womens 4x400 relay with a winning time of 3:34.71.
  • Immanuel Hutchinson (CA) won a very fast 800 meter final with a time of 1:49.04.
  • Team USA won the 4x100 meter relay with a blazing time of 39.43.
  • Avione Allgood (NV) won the javelin with a monster toss of 174-01.
  • Maalik Reynolds won a tight high jump competition over Ryan Ingraham (BAH) with a winning leap of 7-03.25.
  • Cory McGee won the 1500 meter run with a time of 3:35.46.
  • Jacob Hurysz won the 5000 meter run with a time of 14:55.92.
  • Eddie Owens (NY) finished 2nd in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 9:07.11.
  • Sixteen year old Trinity Wilson (CA)  won the 100 meter hurdles in 13.17.
  • Marvin Bracy (FL) won the boys 100 meter dash with an amazing 10.09.
  • Omar Kaddurah (MI) blasted a swift last 400 to win the 1500 meter run with a time of 3:52.29 over collegian Isaac Presson, 3:52.78.
  • Kayla Beattie (IL) won the girls 300 meter run in 9:30.63.   Allison Woodward (WI) finished a second behind in 9:31.83 for second place.
  • Beattie also won the women's 5K in 16:48.44 running most of the race by herself.
  • Akawkaw Ndipagbor (CA) finished 5th in the 200 meter dash in 23.38.
  • Christina Hillman (DE) finished 2nd in the shot put with a put of 49-7.  Kelsey Card (IL) took 3rd with a 49-3.75.
  • Jenna Prandini (CA) jumped 19-4 in the long jump to finish 4th.
  • Immanuel Hutchinson (CA) was the fastest qualifier in the 800 with a time of 1:50.43.
  • Samantha Levin (MO) finished 3rd in the women's 800 with a clocking of 2:07.68.
  • Gunnar Nixon (OK) finished 2nd in the decathlon with 7,669 points, 500 points better than the 3rd place finisher.
  • Sean McLean (NC) was edged out in the men's 200 finishing 2nd in 20.69w.  McLean also finished 6th in the Javelin with a personal best of 228-6.
