Last year, La Salle College High School introduced a new series of track meets for boys throughout the indoor track season. These meets are short and sweet and individually focused on one category of events (distance, sprints, and relays). In 2025, the Relay Night posted over 15 US top 10 performances in the 4x200, 4x400, 4x800, and DMR. This year, we can expect a similar outcome at this meet.
In the 4x200, keep your eyes on Downingtown West (PA) who have already run 1:28.09 this season. In competition with them, Garnet Valley (PA) will be looking to earn a US top 10 performance, as well.
The 4x400 will be close between Harry S Truman (PA), Norristown (PA), and MsgrBonner & AbpPrendergast (PA), who will be trying to dip under the 3:20 mark.
The 4x800 will be between Penn Wood (PA), Cherokee HS (NJ), and Downingtown West (PA) all looking to break 8-minutes.
Finally, the Distance Medley Relay will be the main event of this meet. Last year, there were 8 US top 10 performances at this meet and 9 teams under 10:20. Ahead of the meet tonight, there are 14 entered teams within reach of that 10:20 barrier. We will likely see the US #1 spot be taken over by Christian Brothers Academy (NJ) or North Penn (PA) who may be under 10:10. However, there are 5 other teams entered into this race that may also go under the current US #1 mark.
