While the Brooks XC Championships are in their inaugural season, the same races have been contested in the four regions since 1979.

Several runners in the Midwest, Northeast, South, and West returned for another crack at qualifying out to Balboa Park for the biggest individual crown awarded in high school cross country. Check out the runners who dropped the most time from last season at the four Brooks Regional Championships on Saturday.
