Register For The Brooks XC Midwest Region Championship

The Brooks XC Midwest Championship is quickly approaching. Slated for November 29th at UW-Parkside in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the top runners in the Midwest will clash for a coveted regional championship title and a qualifying spot at the Brooks XC National Championships in San Diego on December 13.

Led by Natasza Dudek (Ann Arbor Pioneer, MI) who clocked a 16:09.50 at the MHSAA LP Finals, Michigan continues to show depth along with Emma Hoffman (16:20) and Katie Berkshire (16:32), while Indiana has strong contenders like Anya Zoeller (16:53) and Libby Dowty (16:55).

Colorado has a notable presence with Emry Schwalm (16:43) and Delaney Reuter (16:43), plus several others under 17:07, indicating the state's rising talent. Ohio's Sophia Szolosi (16:43) and Elena Aldrink (16:55) also contribute to a competitive field. Other states making an impact include Kansas (Kaylie Shultz, 16:35), Wisconsin (Lauren McCalla, 16:52), and North Dakota (Ruby Ihmels, 16:49).

Midwest meets this fall are producing fast times, and several athletes are positioning themselves for strong regional and state showings.
