Brooks XC Midwest Region Rankings: Top 1000 Boys

Register For The Brooks XC Midwest Region Championship

The Brooks XC Midwest Championship is quickly approaching. Slated for November 29th at UW-Parkside in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the top runners in the Midwest will clash for a coveted regional championship title and a qualifying spot at the Brooks XC National Championships in San Diego on December 13.

Colorado is always one of the deepest states in the country in distance running and 2025 has been no different with five runners occupying the top 10 in today's regional rankings.

Jay McDonald (Summit) leads the way for the Centennial State, having run a 14:18.79 earlier this month at the Mountain States Challenge. Oliver Horton (Coronado) is not too far behind in third, running his personal best time of 14:23.90 en route to victory at the Desert Twilight last month.

Dylan Blair (Eagle Valley) and Noah Thompson (Lewis-Palmer) also set their season-best time of 14:28.54 at the Mountain States Challenge this season, while Benjamin Adams ran a 14:32.30 at the Liberty Bell CC Invitational in September.

Colorado should have plenty of talent capable of qualifying to San Diego traveling to Kenosha for this year's inaugural Brooks XC Regional qualifier.
