The stage is set in Greensboro, North Carolina, as the nation's most talented young track and field athletes prepare to compete at this year's adidas Track Nationals. Taking place from June 20-22, 2025, and hosted at one of the country's premier track venues, the meet will bring together elite youth competitors from across the U.S., all ready to take on one of the biggest stages of the year.

With athletes competing across four key divisions - Middle School, Freshmen Elite, National Elite, and the prestigious Championship Division - let's dive into just some of the standout names to look out for, as this national showcase promises to be a true highlight of the 2025 outdoor season.

It's Going to Be FAST

Jewel Domingue, a leading name from West Palm Beach, Florida, comes into the meet as one to watch. Currently in Grade 8, she is set to compete in the Middle School Division for the 100m and 200m events, seeded with a time of 11.79 seconds over 100m (her all-conditions PR with a +3.2 wind) and 23.96 over 200m. Domingue is also in the Championship Division lineup for both the long jump and triple jump, coming in with marks of 20-10.00 (6.35m) and 40-08.25 (12.40m), respectively. She enters the meet fresh off a quadruple gold medal haul at the FLYRA Middle School State Championships, including a new meet record in the triple jump (40-04.25).

Lauren Woodall, a sophomore from Marietta, Georgia, arrives as one of the top hurdlers in the Championship Division. With a personal best of 13.45 seconds in the 100m hurdles, she is one of only four athletes seeded under 14 seconds and is poised to challenge for the title. While she isn't entered in the 300m hurdles at this meet, her 42.02 second personal best in the event is worth noting.

Dominic Harper, a senior from Garner, North Carolina, is looking to claim the sprint double in the Championship Division of both the 100m and 200m. With times of 10.38 seconds over 100m and 20.51 seconds over 200m, as well as a 46.86 second personal best in the 400m, Harper's blend of raw speed and strength across sprint distances makes him one to watch.

What to Keep an Eye on in the Field

Michailyn Rose, a junior from Suffolk, VA, arrives at adidas Track Nationals with an impressive resume and a strong family legacy in the sport. She is the younger sister of Michaela Rose, a World U20 medalist and NCAA champion over 800m, who has run 1:58.37 over that same event and owns multiple SEC titles and All-American honors. While Michaela continues to represent LSU, the USA and Adidas, Michailyn is carving out her own path. She is entered in the Championship Division of the triple jump (seeded at 40-11.00 / 12.47m), heptathlon (seeded with 4,532 points), and 400m hurdles (seeded at 1:04.92).

In the throws, Camille Lewis, a junior from Cincinnati, Ohio, holds the top seed in the Championship Division of the shot put with a mark and PR of 46-01.50 (14.06m) set this May. Lewis is expected to contend strongly for the title. The high jump in the Boys' Championship Division features an exciting match-up between Chase Hunter (7-01.00 / 2.16m), a junior from Chapel Hill, NC, and Tommy Pringle II (7-00.50 / 2.15m), a sophomore from Waxhaw, NC. With both athletes having gone over seven feet, the event promises to be one worth keeping an eye on.
