Mondo Duplantis was seemingly raised in a Louisiana pole vault pit, began vaulting before the age of 10 and went on to establish historic marks in high school that cemented his legacy.
The only other way another athlete touches his marks is if somehow this blueprint is replicated in the not-too-distance-future.
But even then ... it will be difficult.
