Team Regionals competition kicked off on Nov. 13 in record-breaking fashion.

In the Midwest, Benzie Central (MI) star Hunter Jones had perhaps the best performance of his high school career to date.

Jones didn't just break the Lavern Gibson course record to win the loaded Team Midwest Regional meet -- he obliterated it by 26 seconds. The Wake Forest signee ran 14:21.8 to win a berth to Team Nationals, which equaled an astonishing 202 speed rating and earned him National Boys Performer Of The Week for week 11.

He took home 48-percent of the vote to win the award.

The week 12 performer poll features more Team Regionals winners, along with some top state performers at state sectionals and championships.
