It's something to defend a national title. For the rising freshman at the Bullis School (MD), Quincy Wilson was able to do that and grab his fifth AAU Junior Olympic Games title.

Wilson went straight to business in the finals where the 14-year-old ran a solo effort of 47.77 to grab the title. He won the title by nearly two seconds.

This year, there were nearly 30 records broken at the AAU Junior Olympic Games in North Carolina last week. Wilson contributed to that record count in the semi-finals where he clocked a 47.59 to break the previous record of 48.26.

Wilson also finished second in the 200m with a 22.42.
