Juliette Whittaker gave everyone a jaw-dropping performance at the Trials of Miles: Track Night NYC in the 800m.

Whittaker, who was one of two high schooler runners in the field, lined up against an elite field for the two-lap race. With less than 100m to go, she made a bold move to charge to the front to grab the victory where she became the second high school girl in history to break two minutes at this distance.

The Stanford signee ran a US No. 1 and a US No. 2 all-time performance of 1:59.80. The only high school girl in history who ran faster was Mary Cain when she ran a 1:59.51 in 2013.

As a result of her stand-out performance, the Mount De Sales Academy (MD) graduate earned 72-percent of the votes to be named this week's National Girls Performer Of The Week.

Now it's time to vote for the next winner.

MileSplit will recognize a winner every week in this poll, with nominations handed out on Monday. The poll will end on Friday and winners will be announced the following Monday.
