Almost no one runs the 300mH indoors.

But this year -- and at least for the foreseeable future -- Michigan has been the place to pocket times and marks in events normally reserved for the outdoor track and field season.

Earlier this year, Carson City-Crystal's Zane Forist authored an indoor national record in the discus.

That wasn't the only off-brand event the state dominated in 2022.

This weekend, two of the country's top long hurdlers, Tamaal Myers and Nonah Waldron, established new No. 1s in the 300mH at the LAB Midwest Invitational inside the 300m flat track at the Lincoln Athletic Building in Ypsilanti.

Myers clocked a top time of 38.76, while Waldron spearheaded a stellar time of 43.64.

Myers' race video is above, while we'll feature Waldron's below.
