Throughout the season, Kaniya Johnson of Lowndes (GA) ran big-time performances on the track. She continued that same energy at the Millrose Games last weekend.

She tied her second-fastest 60m time of the season with a 7.34 to finish in a close second-place finish behind Detroit Renaissance's (MI) Kaila Jackson. However, in the 300m, she set a new personal best by nearly half a second.

She clocked a 37.75 to win the title and to move up to US No. 2 and No. 11 on the all-time.

During the week, she was the only girl who earned over 250 votes to claim this week's National Girls Performer Of The Week.

A huge congratulations goes to Johnson on her efforts from the Millrose Games.
