The NCAA is always unpredictable when it comes to just how good certain teams and individuals are projected to be. However, another unpredictable caveat that we need to consider is figuring out which athletes will be redshirt this upcoming cross country or track and field season.
Some of the athletes who are most likely to redshirt are freshman, as college coaches attempt to calculate the best way to preserve the future eligibility of their youngsters.
