The RunningLane Track Championships brought out top marks for this season, especially in the girl's mile.

Against stiff competition, Addy Wiley, the junior from Huntington North (IN) executed phenomenal performance.

She remained comfortable for the first half of the mile as she stayed up with the leaders. She started making her moves entering the bell lap.

Wiley charged to the front with 300m to go and just continued to increase her stride. From there, it was a race between her and the clock. She won the event in a personal best and a US No. 1 time of 4:38.14.

Her and Mia Barnett of Crescenta Valley (CA) are the only two girls this year who have broken 4:40 in the mile.

Las week, Wiley earned over 1,200 votes to solidify the National Performer Of The Week honor. Congratulations Wiley on setting a new personal best and US No. 1 mark.
