Providence Day School's (NC) Falon Spearman posted two big hurdle performances this past weekend to win the NCISAA Division I State Championships. In the 300mH the junior ran 41.75 for a new PR and the US No. 5 time.

In the 100mH Spearman ran a wind-legal 13.55 (+1.0) seconds to claim the win. Her time currently ranks fourth in the US. Watch her 300mH race above and check out her 100mH race below.
