Audrey Dadamio Clocks Career 3,200m And State Record: 9:51!

Audrey Dadamio has been on an absolute tear this indoor track and field season.

But the Birmingham Seaholm senior only continued to get better on Saturday, registering a new outright Michigan state indoor 3,200m record and a US No. 3 time at the Misfits Invitational in Chicago, Illinois, clocking a winning time of 9:51.

Dadamio now owns the country's No. 1 time in the 1,600 (4:40.65), its No. 3 time in the 3,200m (9:51) and a US No. 6 performance in the 800m (2:10.90).

That mark absolutely shattered Dadamio's previous best, which had previously set a flat track record in Michigan. Now, the Stanford has the outright 3,200m record in the state, overtaking Zofia Dudek's 9:56.72 from 2019.
