As the recruiting specialist for MileSplit, I often make a variety of mental notes about numerous recruiting classes as the year progresses.

And as the months pass, it becomes increasingly clear what certain recruiting classes are going to look like. One team may have better recruits than usual, while other programs may struggle. But for the most part, you generally have a good idea which teams will land the best high school talents.

However, I couldn't help but notice one school that has quietly amassed a handful of top recruits over the past few months. 

It's the Baylor women. The Bears didn't get every top recruit all at once, but they have slowly scored a few respectable youngsters since the first day of National Signing Day in November.
