Luis Cantu's McAllen Boys Make First State Meet In 45 Years


In a year that COVID restructured how we do things in cross country and limited the amount of teams who qualify for state, the McAllen boys punched their ticket to Round Rock.

For the first time since 1976, their school will be represented at the state cross country meet. Coach Luis Cantu talks about the adversity and obstacles his team endured to accomplish the long awaited for feat.
