It was confirmed Friday with NJSIAA Assistant Director Bill Bruno that there will be no NJSIAA Group Championships or Meet of Champions this fall. Only Sectionals remain on the post-season schedule for New Jersey.
This isn't a decision limited to cross country, as all sports are having post-season schedule cuts due to COVID-19. The news comes with the July 10th release of the NJSIAA's "Model 1 - Delayed Fall Season" plan.
Non-Publics will have North and South A and B Sectional meets added this year. Bruno stated the Sectional meet schedule isn't in place yet but did say they would run November 14th, 15th, and 21st, with a bad weather date if needed of November 22nd. Sites and rotation of the Sectionals order will be released closer to August 1st.

- Practice Start - Sept 14th
- Regular Season Start - Oct 1st
- Regular Season Finish - Nov 12th
- Post-Season - Nov 13th - Nov 22nd
