Tara Davis has been one of the nation's most decorated athletes this decade. You can find her either hurdling over the 100mH or in the sand pit for the long jump and the triple jump. She led the nation her junior year in the triple jump at 43-2 (0.2). Her senior year, she was the quickest hurdler in the nation with a 12.95 (0.5) and the furthest long jumper with a leap of 22-1 (1.9), which ranked #2 all time. During the 2017 indoor season, she leaped to a personal best 21-11 to break the indoor long jump national record.
The Agoura High School (CA) 2017 graduate collected numerous medals and titles along the way. Davis was a five-time California state champion; she won the USATF World Youth Track Championships in the long jump in 2015; she won New Balance Nationals Indoor titles in the 55mH, 60mH and long jump in 2017, and later that year won the USATF Junior National Outdoor Championships in the 100mH and long jump. As a senior, she challenged herself at the international level, winning gold at the Pan-American Junior Athletics Championships in the long jump and the silver medal in the 100mH.
