Mhalicki Bronson's breakout performance at NXR Midwest last week netted the Defiance High School senior National Performer of the Week honors for the period spanning Nov. 11-17.

The Miami University signee made an extraordinary improvement year-over-year at the Nike Cross Nationals Regional, placing third in 15:05.80 to earn an automatic qualifying spot to NXN.

In doing so, Bronson earned over 58-percent of the vote to win his first NPOTW honor. So a big congrats goes out to Mhalicki on the recognition.

Now let's move on to Week 12 of our National Boys Performer of the Week poll. This week's voting will cover efforts from November 18th through November 24th.

Vote for whom you think should win this week's national honor following a big week of action. Voting will end Friday, and we'll recognize the winner every Monday during the unveiling of the newest poll.
