Pine Crest's Emily Faulhaber Commits to Brown

Pine Crest's Emily Faulhaber announced her commitment to further her academic and athletic careers at Brown come 2020.

Coach Paul Baur announced the news via twitter Monday night.

Faulhaber is coming off a personal record breaking performance of finishing 11th in the race of champions at Great American this weekend in a smoking time of 17:56.

This past track season she lowered her 1600m PR to a 4:58 and her 3200m PR to a 10:39, not to mention she also played a pivotal role in Pine Crest's 4x800m state championship team this past year.

The recent Brown commit is not only looking to dominate the 2A state championship this November, but earn a qualifying team spot for Nike Cross Nationals with her fellow Pine Crest Panthers and this season looks to be their best yet.
