Briana Williams Runs 11.11 To Win NACAC U18 100m Gold

Northeast (FL) High School's Briana Williams won gold yet again this past weekend.

She hit the track again last weekend representing Jamaica at the 2019 NACAC U18 Championships in Queretaro, Mexico.

The rising senior ran 11.53 (+1.8) to win the prelims on Friday morning and then popped off an 11.11 (+1.5) later that evening to take gold in the finals. Williams, who is trained by Olympian and 4-time Trinidad & Tobago medalist Ato Boldon, has had an outstanding season, rewriting the all-time high school record books.
