Marcellus Moore was tying up. But the Plainfield North High School junior was not satisfied and was not giving up.
He captured an incredible victory in the IHSA Class 3A 200 meter final on Saturday in a wind-aided (+3.6) 21.22 seconds--despite being less than 100-percent--and capped off an incredible performance on the day that also included a win in the 100m final in 10.39 seconds.
